Refund policy

Made to order

Every item in the aeroG Aviation store is printed or made to order just for you. Because each piece is produced individually, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Please check your size, color and design before checking out, and contact us if you have any questions first.

Defects, misprints and damage

If your item arrives with a print defect, misprint, damage, or is not what you ordered, email rob@aerogaviation.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. Then return the item to:

Once we receive it, we will send a free replacement or issue a refund.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live. Customers in the EU and UK may have a statutory right to cancel an order within 14 days of delivery; contact us to use it.
